1:According to customer’s request, Work out 2D or 3D mould drawings and Send them to customer via Email for Customer’s confirmation or further modification on the mould.

2:After all mould project(drawing) confirmed, our designer will work out the detailed 2D drawing, at the same time, our QC worker start to
follow the project and let our Markting worker send to customer the
Tooling and Processing Schedule.

3:Mouldbase and Components ordering and Preparation, and the QC worker check the Steel Hardness and checkcomponents if they are according to the Drawings.

4:Production Dept. begins insert block presicion tooling and The QC worker follow the project closely and update Tooling&Processing Schedule weekly, and the Marketing workerSend theWeekly Report with Digital Photos to Customer.

6:Start mould First Test (T1) (or 2nd Test if necessary) ;And Take down the Mould Testing Report and checkCarefully operation and samples if there is some problems.

7:Send theTesting Samples to customer for Improvements or Confirmation, After confirmation, We will finally check the whole mould in details and clean the mould very well.Also ask to customer about Instruction of mould shipping.

8:Mould Packing and Shipment:After final mouldchecking and cleaning, Rust resistent ointmentwill be painted onto the surfaces, pack the mould with PVC bags,then load it into Iron Box (or wooden Box). All the attached accessories in Box will be prepared according tothe “Send List”, which is confirmed by customer.Normally Send List includes:
◎1 CD (includes Mould Assembly Dawing 2D & 3D & Test Video)
◎ Spare Parts (List)
◎ Mould Steel Certificate Paper.
◎ If there is Hot Runner System, all the necessary accessories and Instruction paper are provided.
