1:After T1(the First Test), We will get 10/E (10 moulding) samples,5/E of them will be sent to our customer, and
the rest 5/E will be Controlled by our QC worker according to the Part 2D drawing through measurement tools
like follows:

2:After finishing controls, We will get the “Part Control Report”,from which we can know if the dimension is within
the normal tolenrance,and if the Part respect the 2D Part drawing.Then, We send the “Part Control Report” to
our customer for Confirmation or to make modification on the mould.

3:The Part Control Report is the formal file for us, We normally put it with testing samples together in the
documents in record.
